Like the fact that I can buy vehicles for this time frame. Great quality in te 3D truck body.
Unlike the Jordan vehicles the truck seems easier to assemble. I haven't done that yet. Just primed and painted. I had to check something on assembly but it does look like assembly will be ok. Test Fit the parts.

Well done kit. It's hard to find vehicle models of this vintage.

It's so nice to see some variety in vehicles, especially for my era! If you have even a moderate amount of experience at kit building, this will be no problem. In terms of detail and complexity, this kit is just a little easier to build and is a little less detailed than kits by Artitech and Jordan Highway Miniatures. There are surprisingly few (multimedia) pieces, and they all fit together well with minimal cleanup or prep work. The parts are of a variety of different materials which all seem appropriate for the individual piece. The metal wheels are very well detailed. I was impressed with the laser cut wooden deck for the flatbed. It looks great! I actually installed it backwards by accident, but it worked out fine. The only area that was a bit fiddly were the rear-view mirrors, but they actually went on with no problems once the holes were drilled. In short: Take your time and exercise a little care and you will end up with a nice-looking model.

I so want this exact truck. A Model AA 1929 stake side. It is on BaT right now and going for big bucks. Sigh.
But this little guy is 2nd best. It is so exact in detail for so small a model and was so easy to paint and build. every part fit like a charm. The only
problem I had was with mounting the rear wheels. The pin into hole scheme is so shallow that the wheel tipped a bit after I thought it was set. I had held it there for a long time. Now the truck does not stand level but that's no problem. The roads on my layout aren't level either. They're dirt mostly. So my little AA has articulated axles!. It's way ahead of its time. I haven't mounted the side view mirrors yet. That looks sketchy. There's nothing to hold them in place.
