This is a 24' Narrow Gauge Tank Car based on one used by the West Side Lumber Co. This kit comes with a metal undercarriage, wood deck, etched Stainless Steel stanchions, and brass wire. Flexible poly line is included for the underside rigging. This easy-to-build kit requires Z Scale trucks to be purchased separately. (The photo shows MTL #955 trucks with short couplers).

  Another Great Kit
  
  This was a fun, easy to build kit with room for added detail and along with some weathering it yields an eye catching piece of rolling stock. All the parts fit together well and the handrails give it a finely detailed look. I did have trouble keeping the thread tight while forming the truss rods and I would try fine brass wire if were to do it over. That reflects on me and not the kit.
  I highly recommend this kit for a relaxing weekend project and a great addition to any Nn3 layout.
