This kit consists of brass mast tubing, photo-etch details and resin head and base. Pictured is an unpainted version. Roundels are not pre-painted but you may purchase a sample size Red, Green and Yellow transparent paint set from us on our drop-down menu "paints" While this kit can be lighted, it is not designed for movement of the spectacles.
