Our N Scale Color Light LED Assembly kit #LED0009 (must be purchased separately) is specifically designed to fit into this signal head perfectly to make lighting this signal head easier.     • Integrated 3 Color Signal Head a Great Product
      Really like the appearance of the integrated 3 color signal head. Combined with the prefabricated 3 LEDs assembly (3rd Picture - Left Side), the effort to assemble a working signal is greatly reduced versus the signal head with three discrete 0402 LEDs (3rd Picture - Right Side). The Signal LEDs in the pictures are bright and clear powered by 5-VDC with 1,000-ohm resister on the Anode lead. The Green LEDs are the brightest, followed by the Red. These may need to be tuned down to reduce their brightness. In our case, this was done via per port adjustments available on the LCC signal node board.

    • Nice but delicate
      These signal heads look great when finished, but the tube holding the head is rather delicate and easily bend and/or distorted.  With care, the units look great!

    • Absolutely Perfect
      These signal heads along with the D-Type color x3 LED assembly are easy to put together, they align perfectly.  Mount easily on to a signal mast.
