Showcase Miniatures produces highly detailed HO and N scale signal kits with parts that are very close to prototype scale. These kits are finely crafted and assembling them requires careful handling and attention to detail due to their small size. Although the instructions are well written, this document provides some additional guidance and some best practices that were developed as we moved forward on the Bethlehem Interlocking Project for the Orlando N-Trak permanent club layout.

These instructions cover only the building of the signals in their various configurations, the design and 3D printing of the Breakaway Bases, the design and manufacturing of the PCB boards to terminate the LED wires, installing the LEDs, the fabrication of the quad wiring harnesses, and endto-end assembly. The controlling software, including the LCC equipment, is not covered by these instructions.
