    • Except model
An excellent addition to my layout.  Would have preferred wheels that rotated and rubber tires.  Found out that A-Line tires were a perfect fit, so part of my preferences was solved.

    • Very nice kit
This kit is great kit to build, reasonably priced, goes together easy, great instructions. Great project for a couple of evenings. Nice variety of materials. Casting are very clean with good detail. Kit is easily adaptable to many variations. Very nice wheels. The steerable front wheels is a cool option. Hope to see more trucks from Showcase in the future. I have both models that they currently offer.

    • Tire size?
I worked for GMC when the Brigader was being built and I don’t remember them  having tires larger than 11x20 (tube type) or 11x22.5 (tubeless). The wheels and tires just look a little too big.

The metal castings and the resin cab are very good castings, nice and clean. It fills a niche since there were thousands built. A truck chassis that can be cut to length would be a nice addition. Also a single axle version.
