N The Pffat Boys Diner
With visions of greatness (as well as outgrowing their pop-up camper/ diner) Clive and Cletus Pfatt
pitched it all and rafted up the Mississippi to Memphis, Tennessee where they founded their first
diner and joined the circular Mecca of neon. Clive and Cletus have franchised so you can open up a
diner just like theirs on your layout.
A History of the Pfatt Boys:
When Clive and Cletus Pfatt began searching for an easier way of life than rounding up mud turtles for a slow tourist trade, they had to look no further than their own kitchen table. Their Cajun Cuisine was known all over Cooter Point, Louisiana. When they prepared their Friday Night Delicacies, friends and strangers from miles downwind would travel by any means just to watch the two brothers at their natural best. As interest increased (along with not for profit tasting by onlookers) the Pfatt brothers decided to give a go at the restaurant business.
While they prepared all sorts of Louisiana Bayou Specialties, they were most sought after for their Cajun Heat hot sauce. To satisfy the greenest tourist or the most seasoned bayou resident the brothers concocted several recipes (dilution's) and gave them names from Prickly Heat to Spitfire. Their greatest claim to fame would come many years later when their Cajun Heat was found to be the best solvent for cleaning crude oil off the rocky
shores of an Alaskan oil spill. With visions of greatness (as well as outgrowing their pop-up camper/ diner)
they pitched it all and rafted up the Mississippi to Memphis, Tennessee where they founded their first diner and joined the circular Mecca of neon.
